1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ph9872 ("ph9872," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph9872 website located at ph9872.org, its subdomains, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, promotions, and content made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing ph9872, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ph9872 and refrain from creating or accessing any ph9872 account.

3. Account Registration

Each natural person may hold only one (1) active ph9872 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during registration.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your ph9872 account.

ph9872 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph9872 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph9872 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at any given time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• ph9872 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day under normal conditions. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of processing confirmation.
• ph9872 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (including proof of identity and proof of payment method) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000.
• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a Player are not permitted. All funds deposited to a ph9872 account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• ph9872 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may levy their own service charges, for which ph9872 bears no responsibility.

5. Gameplay & Betting Rules

ph9872 provides access to a range of casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo, Dragon Tiger, and other wagering products. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• All bets must be placed within the designated betting window for each game or market. Bets placed outside this window are void.
• In the event of a technical failure (including server disconnection, power outage, or internet interruption) during an active wager, ph9872 will resolve the bet in accordance with the game provider's technical rules, which are available upon request.

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph9872. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one ph9872 account.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers regarding legitimate ph9872 transactions.
• Money laundering, or using ph9872 as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies exploiting ph9872 promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph9872 solely for personal recreational purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of ph9872 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph9872's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph9872 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ph9872 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming
